This duplex is across the street from the very popular Alki beach. The shape of the structure had to take on an interesting form to make the most out of its small triangular lot.



This project is unique in it's context, boasting butterfly roofs and contemporary detailing of the hardie board siding and stainless flashing. The project consists of two fourplexes.
Modulation of the facade distinguishes each unit.


Two duplexes make up this project in Richmond Beach, a neighborhood north of Seattle. High windows bring extra Eastern light into the interior spaces of these homes.
